Yesterday I was only able to row for about 20 mins before developing pain. Not sure why, maybe my form was off or cause I wasn’t wearing compression shorts. Either way this is really getting annoying. I have an urology appointment coming up. Hopefully they can figure out why I’m still in pain months after the procedure.
Not like I can go walk outside, it was 10 degrees with a wind chill of -3. Screw that mess.
Anyway, I went to the Field house and decided to borrow a workout from Rich Froning. He did this workout years ago, so long ago I can’t find the video anymore. Oh, the workout originally was 3 rds of 15 hang cleans and bar facing burpees. Being the over achiever I am, naturally I thought it would be a good idea to double the reps. And for good measure make it a descending ladder. Ala open workout 16.5

Finished in 15:29. Yea yea, way to go slow old man. It felt good to do a kick in the pants barbell workout again. Sucked, but good.
To top it all off I finished with ten mins of sprints on the assault bike. Almost saw Pukie walking back to my car.
